About

The Woodsman’s Daughter is a one woman

show, owned and operated by Krista Ross.

She attended the Ontario College of Art and

Design, focusing on Environmental Design

with a minor in furniture making.

During her studies she fell in love with

woodworking and decided to continue

experimenting and see where it took her.

After University she moved her craft to a small

garage turned wood shop downtown Toronto

where she focuses on creating hand carved,

one of a kind objects from Canadian

hardwood. Her goal is to create beautiful,

functional objects that spark joy in our

everyday routines.
